LCSW, Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Bio
I’m an introverted Licensed Clinical Social Worker who uses a lot of words—though I try to make sure at least some of them help. I cherish the chance to learn people’s stories and support them as they navigate life’s complexities. My work is grounded in supporting clients across a wide range of experiences, including anxiety, ADHD, depression, self-esteem challenges, trauma, and patterns like people-pleasing and difficulty setting boundaries. I have particular interest and experience in working with neurodivergent individuals, LGBTQIA+ communities, as well as clients exploring complex family dynamics, caregiver roles, faith deconstruction, disability, and the art of building confidence, self-advocacy, and saying "no"—minimal guilt included.
My approach is grounded in evidence-based modalities like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and I tailor my work to each person’s unique needs. Exploring the systems that contribute to mental health challenges is essential to affirming and informed care—especially for those from historically and currently marginalized communities, including LGBTQIA+, BIPOC individuals, and people living with chronic health conditions or disabilities.

At the end of the day, we’re all just trying to make it through the messiness that comes with being human. I’m a messy human too. Therapy should be a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard, explore your story, build practical strategies for your goals, and strengthen your confidence in navigating life’s moments of satisfaction and struggle.I strive to live authentically, be real, and help my clients feel safe exploring what authenticity could look like for them—both in therapy and beyond.

At home, I enjoy cozy hobbies, lifting progressively heavier weights in preparation for the day I get to cuddle a capybara, and radically accepting my cat—and her fur’s ability to spread across every surface of my home.
