Kristin Holt (She/Her)

Kristin Holt  holds a bachelor's degree, as well as a master's degree, in social work. She has extensive experience working with people struggling with trauma, grief, and bereavement.  Kristin prioritizes the client's experience by centering their goals and knowledge by providing unconditional positive regard. Kristin uses her training with various therapy modalities to help the client determine their path forward.

Kristin has been employed in community mental health for 5+ years, specifically working with people impacted by crime.  Kristin is a board-approved supervisor in the state of Texas, providing clinical supervision for those who are intermediately licensed, as well as interns who are working on their degrees.  

In her personal time, Kristin enjoys music, including musicals, and attending concerts. Kristin also enjoys volunteering with agencies and organizations that align with her values. In addition, she adds to her pen and notebook collection whenever possible.
