Meet Jill – Your Partner in Wellness

Jill brings a unique blend of heart, experience, and expertise to her work as a Health and Wellness Coach. With a bachelor's degree in American Sign Language from Kent State and a master’s in Counseling Psychology from Lehigh University, she started her career as a therapist, working closely with kids, families, and individuals in crisis. Over time, her passion for helping people grow beyond just coping led her to the world of coaching.

Now a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach and a Certified Sleep Science Coach, Jill helps people navigate real-life challenges—whether that’s managing the ups and downs of ADHD, parenting with more confidence, or simply finding a better balance in daily life.
