Kirby P. Williams, MSN, PMHNP-BC is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner, educator, and mentor with over a decade of experience.

 

She is the founder of The PMHNP Source, LLC, an education and professional development company supporting new psychiatric NPs. 

 

Kirby also leads a private practice—Beacon Behavioral Health and Consulting—and co-founded the nonprofit Society of Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners of Color.

 

Her work centers on clinical excellence, mentorship, and advancing equity in mental health.
