Allison Ouellette (She/Her)

Allison Ouellette is a dedicated Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Rhode Island. With credentials including Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) and Certified Community Health Worker designations, Allison brings a comprehensive approach to mental health and counseling treatment.

Currently pursuing her PhD in General Psychology at Capella University, Allison holds a Master of Science in Addiction Counseling from Johnson & Wales University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rhode Island College.

Allison specializes in treating relationship challenges and co-occurring mental health conditions. At Vallee Associates in Psychotherapy, she provides individualized therapy services and facilitates marriage and family counseling sessions focused on improving communication, conflict resolution, and rebuilding trust. Concurrently, as a BHOP Clinician at The Providence Center, she delivers community-based mental health counseling with an emphasis on holistic health and recovery.

Drawing on evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, motivational interviewing, and trauma-focused therapy, Allison creates tailored treatment plans to address each client's unique needs. Her approach integrates harm reduction strategies while promoting effective coping skills.
