Bio

With nearly two decades of experience in disability services, Anthonia is a dedicated advocate for equal employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities. Her expertise in Vocational Rehabilitation spans the public and private sectors, as well as higher education and healthcare settings. As an ADA Title expert, she champions workplace accommodations as a fundamental pillar of equity for people with disabilities.

Anthonia holds a master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from Rutgers University School of Health Professions and is a Certified

Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC). She resides in Maryland with her husband and two children.
