The Three Foundations
PREVENTATIVE
Support groups

Our goal is to meet the work force before they need treatment. Our virtual support groups are non-therapeutic support programs that offer skill building and guidance for workplace challenges and life situations that so many people struggle with.

Join a group as soon as today.

RESPONSIVE
Mental Health

Accesssible mental health care is integral to solving the mental health crisis and addressing workplace challenges. For those who need one-to-one care under the supervision of medical or mental health professionals, we offer telehealth psychiatric care and individual therapy with individualized treatment plans.

We'd love to match you with a care provider who accepts your insurance.
COMPREHENSIVE
Maintenance
Getting back to life doesn't mean losing your support system. Our comprehensive, virtual services are there for you throughout your growth and healing.

Stay with us for ongoing peer support, medication maintenance and therapy check-ins as you need them.
Accessible
Our services are designed to be accessible to everyone through low cost and insurance-covered programs whenever possible. We want you here, and we want to help.

Welcoming
You don't have to commit to a treatment plan. If you're not sure you need that, that's okay! Our virtual support groups are open to everyone, and you can get started right away.
Step Up to the Care You Need
Support groups may be enough. If they're not,
that's okay too. You can sign up for your first
visit with a clinician, we'll run your insurance
eligibility, and they'll work with you to set up a
treatment plan that works for you.

We Want to Help
Not sure what's right for you? Just ask!
Our mental health client support team is
available to answer your questions via email
or text. We'll help you figure out where to start.
